Payment Option 2 - $300 Deposit Due within 72 hours of Receiving your team placement offer and
then 6 equal installments due on the 15th of each month (May through October).

Goalies are responsible for 50% of the player fee and will receive all spring & summer programming FREE once commitment is made to a 2026/2027 Junior Phantoms Team.
